This was my first time coming back for a service, which we usually had done at another Toyota dealership. When I arrived, service advisor (Arthur Stopper) went over what would be performed and any upcoming services still left (just hit 15k miles). He explained what was needed and what wasnt. I didnt feel pressured to get extras. During the multi point inspection, I received notifications of recommended services, if I wanted them or not (again it was suggested, not just done or snuck in). Service was done quick and I was on my way in 1.5 hr. This was alot quicker than the previous 2 times I had gone to the other Toyota dealership. I will definitely come back to this one, even if its out of the way. What i appreciated the most was the friendly service of the advisor and the notifications of what was done or was going to be needed done. (The other place never showed us what had passed/failed, etc.) Thank you

My experience at Shottenkirk Toyota was beyond amazing. I recently referred over my coworkers and close friends. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. I had a Gmc Terrain that I wanted to trade out of and they were very aggressive with my trade appraisal. They definitely offered me more than what I expected to get. I was greeted by managers and team leads and they assured me that I was going to drive away in a new Toyota Tacoma that same day. Sure enough, I am now in my new Toyota Tacoma and I could not be any more happier with my purchase. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or a preowned give Shottenkirk Toyota an opportunity. I wanted to share I was out of town and needed help with my sons car and the entire team from the GM Cody to Rodrigo and the service staff worked with me to help my son get his car in and new tires and oil change and they treated him at a VIP level. I always worry about my kids but the entire team really went over and beyond for my son and his GR Corolla. Great place to send you family.

The best sales man for everything

First time going to that dealership after going to 2 other dealerships trying to find the truck I was that i found ads for on Autotrader. Salesman Jorge Great gentlemen and very personable. Gave me the options for what I was looking for that they had available in their lot. Will be going back for the next car that we talked about even if he moves dealerships in this area . Will be honest there was a little hiccup at the dealership during negation with numbers but still we came to agreement in the end. If you give mangers the ability to talk numbers with Customer to that have already had one manger that couldn't close on a deal with me so another Manger got sent in to try to save the deal. Which he did with the numbers he gave with the total price like "out the door", but when it was a mistake on his part for miss reading numbers when it was time to start working up the deal they catch it and instead of truly honoring the price he gave. They went up from what he gave so I had walked out I to really give it some thought/ keep looking elsewhere I was kind of pissed when they couldn't truly back a deal that he offered me to get me to buy with them instead of elsewhere. Also wanted to mention I believe His name is Jacob that handled the closing and financing paperwork with me, also a very personable gentlemen.

Shad was my Sales Consultant. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about vehicles and model reliability records. This proved to be very helpful towards my identifying my final selection; a Porsche Cayenne. Perhaps the finest car buying experience I have had, ever. Thank you, Shad!

Yes I would like to take the time to shout out Shottenkirk Toyota of San Antonio . The whole team was great! Make sure yall go and ask for My guy Chris LeMasters , he’s solid and made the process very smooth . I went in for an oil change and left with a 2026 XSE Camry hybrid. I told him straight up what I wanted my payments to be and he made it happen . I will definitely be doing business with him in the future..
