My first encounter was with Sinan, possibly the kindest and most respectful salesperson I've met. Though I was searching for a very hard to find vehicle, Sinan kept me in the loop without making me feel pressured. His absolute best characteristic is that he won't waste your time. Manager Valerie also reached out to offer assistance; she, too, was respectful of my time and did not pressure me.

Very easy to work with to get the deal done. Not that great after the sale was completed still don’t have the loan paperwork they say I have. Had issues with the vehicle and brought it up to the sales person to no avail.

Not ready to buy yet but if I was.... I would buy from Javier. I love dealing with an honest personable no BS salesman who is also a mechanic. When I pulled out of the lot the car was making a weird noise and instead of blowing it off he got out and spent some time to pinpoint the strange noise. Being an engineer myself, I appreciated his efforts to solve a problem instead of ignoring it.
