Took truck for oil change, brakes squeaking and a recall. I needed a ride back to my home but I live on opposite side of town. At first they said I am a mile outside their limit and could not take me. I have been a customer of this dealership for over 40 years! They did finally took me home.

I’m glad to say I had the opportunity to have Shottenkirk perform a service on my 2023 4Runner. Pricing for the oil and filter change is competitive based on third party providers. And I’m sure the oil/filter is OEM. An alignment was done as well and it was done properly as evidenced by my drive home. Convenient location for the far North side of town. Appointment time was met and took a little less than an hour. Nice waiting area. I’ll make Shottenkirk my go to for future service.

I went to Shottenkirk Toyota to get an oil change and tire rotation. I live on the southeast side of San Antonio and my fiancé and I love going to Shottenkirk for their services! Although this time it was a pretty long wait due to Thanksgiving being two days away, it wasn’t too bad as they have bottled water, coffee, and hot chocolate in the waiting area. They also have a play area for the kiddos! Customer service is spot on and helpful.
