My service rep Bennett was great! He understood my financial situation and helped me wiith the best possible solution for my car repair,. He was also in the process of training a colleague and was very patient while educating his colleague without making my visit last longer than necessary. Overall, his customer service is exceptional and he's a great representative for Toyota. He also helped me get a rental car so I didn't miss my appointments for that day. Bennett referred me to Don on the rental side. Don was also very efficient and professional so I could get going to my daily appts. The reps who booked my appts and checked me out at the end of my service were also very professional and efficient. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service every time I visit Toyota. I went "shoppping" at Shottenkirk Toyota on Saturday not intending to buy a car at all. My sales person was Anthony Dominguez. Not only was he a no pressure salesperson but he was friendly, courteous and all around fun to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in a new/used car at this dealership. They work with you to get you to the numbers you are comfortable with and I am so pleased with my new car. Ask for Anthony Dominguez and Watch out for the Gong lol Patricia Hale
