Had a great experience today. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive and they were ready as soon as I got there. Patrick W. was assigned to me and I got lucky with a good rep. He took his time and answered all my questions there and via text later that day in a very prompt manner. If I buy a car it will be from Patrick and I will update this post with pics!

I was shocked to learn that the salesperson who sold us a new car, has only been employed a very short time. His professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm shined thru and thru. According to the time we spent together, the advice that has been shared from his experienced colleagues and his demeanor, will be a great investment for Shottenkirk Toyota. Shottenkirk completely exceeded my expectations. I drove in from Dallas dreading the usual (rough/high pressure) dealership experience. Glenn made it the exact opposite—no pressure, no games, just honest and professional from start to finish. The finance team was also amazing - and very respectful of my time. I was truly impressed. Glenn told them I was on a tight schedule and they had me back on the road to Dallas in a flash. I couldn’t believe it. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, go to Shottenkirk and ask for Glenn. He is truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with - absolutely top tier!

I recently bought a 2026 Toyota RAV4 from Shottenkirk Toyota and Mr.Boswell made the buying process as seamless as it could be. I live out of town from the dealership so I made a phone-call and had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Boswell and was able to get information and deal done completely over the phone. I was able to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle for me until I was able to head that way to sign paperwork. Everything was ready for by the time I got there, he ran me through everything the vehicle had, what my payment was going to look like, and was exactly why we had discussed over the phone. I signed my paperwork was out the door with my new RAV4 in no time! I’ve bough new vehicles before but this was by far the best experience I’ve had!

The entire team was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable right away—it truly felt like a place we could trust to do business with. We worked with Daniel and Michael, and they were both outstanding. They took the time to show us multiple vehicles, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood all of our options. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Even though we ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from them, that had nothing to do with their effort or service. They worked hard to try and make a deal happen and were completely transparent about their limits. They truly did everything they could, and we appreciated their honesty. What really stood out was the no-pressure environment. At no point did we feel pushed into a deal or rushed into anything. They were very understanding and respectful throughout the entire process. Unlike many dealerships, they did not try to hold our vehicle or use any pressure tactics, which made the experience even better. On top of that, their customer service didn’t stop when we left. They followed up the next day—and even the day after that—to check in and see if there was anything more they could do to help. That level of care really stood out to us. Overall, even without purchasing, this was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve had. Amazing Experience at Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio I had a great experience working with Alan Fernandez at Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio. From the very beginning, when I first called, Alan was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. He asked about my schedule and worked around my availability, which I appreciated. When I arrived, everything moved quickly—we were able to see the 4Runner in less than an hour, and I honestly fell in love with the truck right away. Even though the paperwork took about 3–4 hours, it was understandable since they were busy that day. Throughout the entire process, Alan never made me feel rushed or pressured. He gave me the time I needed to think things through and even showed me different options to make sure I was making the right decision. In the end, I went with my first choice, and I’m really happy I did. Alan made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. UPDATE: I finally talked to the right people here I wasn’t getting what I needed out of my warranties and was becoming super frustrated I asked to speak to the manager and was able to speak to Pete the manager from the service department and he was more than happy to listen to my frustrations and was glad I pointed them out so that he can be aware and fix things not only did he fix every single one of my issues since I bought the car he also gave me a rental Highlander no charge for the time they had my car he definitely showed me 10 star customer service there really is not enough I can say for his kindness and results I think it just goes to show if your not happy with something just speak up because there are still people out there that do their job correctly and do care if I Could give them 10 stars at this point I totally would! I am a very happy customer at this point! Thank you so much!! Justin did an awesome job helping me get into my new car he was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy! First time getting a car from a big dealer ship! He did an excellent job! Off topic I’d recommend if this company had something to offer its customers like most of the other dealerships do ex. Cookies , something to drink, they didn’t really have that there which at the Lexus dealership it’s like a whole other experience and vibe it actually makes you want to be there but this place is missing that! If someone is spending over 20,000 on a vehicle you should have something along those lines just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️ UPDATE: I come back here for routine maintenance quite often under my warranty and this past time I went I had not had my morning cup of coffee so I was excited to grab it here the coffee machine is ancient and doesn’t make anything decent I recently went to the Subaru dealership a family friend did a trade in there and they rent a commercial Keurig machine and I don’t work for them or am advertising them in any way but that machine made several delicious drinks that I still think about today and I was totally disappointed in Toyotas coffee machine something so simple that can actually change the way a customer leaves there happy or not lol just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️
