Ernesto and Isaac were fantastic. They helped me purchase a 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser. I was coming from out of state. There were a lot of logistics that had to line up between when the car arrived, booking a flight at the right time, them only being able to hold the vehicle for a few days, etc. Isaac communicated very clearly with me to get everything to line up. He was transparent with pricing. Initially, the vehicle did not arrive on time - which forced me to have to go to another dealership as I was on a tight time constraint traveling to San Antonio and needing to drive 1,000 miles home for my family. I went to another dealership in the area that had the car available. Isaac texted me when I was there that the car arrived. He came to pick me up from the other dealership that was trying to overcharge me for the same exact vehicle. I'm pleased with how Isaac & Ernesto handled the entire situation, and would suggest anyone going to Shottenkirk to ask for them.

Took my 4Runner in for its first service today and it was the fastest dealership service visit I’ve ever experienced. Art was my service advisor and was very polite. He greeted me right away, and my car was done within 30-40 minutes. Will definitely be back!

I went to Universal Toyota and had a horrible experience. At Shottenkirk Slaton was incredible, he explained why Toyota was a fabulous choice, what made the tundra special, and all around he was great working with me during the process. I felt no pressure and the entire experience including the gentleman who finalized paperwork and talk to me about extended warranty was incredible. I will say, I had a very good experience when I bought my jeep, but this was by far the best car buying experience I've had to date! Thank you Slaton!

My first visit to the Service Department for my 5,000 mile service appointment was a great first impression. Met by rep almost immediately. He explained what the service entailed and told me a time expectation which they exceeded. Waiting room in the service area was pleasant.

I've consistently been pleased with my experience at this dealership, for parts and service visits. (And hoping soon to do business on a new car). Staff is always helpful, courteous, and Shelby was very helpful this time. Service is usually pretty quick and I like the convenience of using the online appointment booking (although the user interface for booking appointments could be improved!). Thank you for great service!

James did a outstanding job of getting my truck i the shop and had Michael check snd video the truck snd provide details bof the needed repairs after having his supervisor verify them at that point James contacted me and we arranged to have the necessary repairs done all the staff including the young lady that retrieve my truck after the work was done was very friendly and professional thank you for a job well done.

From the time I arrived to the the time my estimate was ready, was a good experience. Tyler was very polite and friendly. I was kept apprised via text, not only of status but of what their initial inspection revealed. Time the estimate took was as long as I was told it would take. Tyler even took the time to call the warranty company. Unfortunately the warranty company declined to cover the necessary repairs.

The reason i remain with Schottenkirk, in fact the only reason is James. I had radio issues for months with the radio of my 24 Rav 4 but no one listened or took me seriously until James who patiently listened, got it FULLY checked out snd replaced. By the way 24 Toyota radios have been found to have glitches but no recall. Since this time i have always used James and he never fails, he is intelligent, efficient, he explains well and always treats customers with respect and keeps you in the loop. I will stay with this dealership only if James is availsble. Thank you James
