UPDATE: Due to a recent change in company ownership, my request for a second key had unfortunately fallen through the cracks. However, once I was connected with Carol Anne Higie and Iker Fernandez, everything changed. They were both incredibly helpful and professional—resolving an issue I had been dealing with for nearly a year in just two days. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and follow-through. Original: When I signed for my car, I was only given one key and told the spare would be ordered and ready in about a month. Nearly a year later—after numerous follow-ups and being passed between departments—I was recently told that Shottenkirk would not be honoring their commitment and that the missing key is now entirely my responsibility. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given the time and effort I’ve spent trying to get a clear answer. At the very least, I believe the dealership could consider waiving the programming fee as a gesture of goodwill.

I’ve been going to this location for 15 years. And after Don Haynes left Alamo Toyota, the service was horrible. And I know y’all had to reorganize and get things organized and I have to say service today was fabulous. Elizabeth did a great job welcoming me and getting my car taken care of and following up with me. I’m very pleased.

I just purchased a new 2025 Tundra and worked with the team of Davin and Jared. I had also been looking at another dealership but the other dealer played games with the numbers and add-ons. Shottenkirk gave me a very fair deal on a great truck and did so with very little back and forth. This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have had in some time. When the time comes to upgrade my wife's vehicle I will definitely come back to Shottenkirk first.

Had to have the truck the minute I saw it and the only one in town. Joe worked quickly to move the sale along and provided his phone number if I needed anything going forward. Courteous, capable, efficient. You just can't get better service anywhere. Elizabeth was a great advisor. She kept me informed and I was out in 35 minutes. I've always had a good experience at Alamo Toyota.

Financially, they made what I needed possible! Also, great customer service, interior of the cars were nicely maintained, and they answer all questions and make sure you’re set up with everything you need.
