I went in for a missing back up key. They were able to get me in and program it to the Vehicle in an hour and a half. They were quick and the lobby was comfortable for the short wait. I would recommend them to anybody.

Just wanted to let you my advisor Meghan Oliver went above and beyond my expectations went I went for a problem on my Toyota Tacoma. She gave me the advice needed for me to proceed and assured me if I needed anything else to contact her. It was a busy Saturday so the wait was longer than expected but they offer transportation to and from the dealer. So that’s a big plus. Will highly recommend this Toyota dealership.

I just bought a new car with Omari as my salesman. He made the buying process smooth and fun. Customer service has definitely stepped it up since Shottenkirk took over. My dad and I got Jimmy John's sandwiches from them and they washed my dad's car while we waited for finance! Another plus is getting to hit the gong once the deal is sealed!!

Again, another remarkable experience with Shottenkirk Toyota. We had several large screws in our tires that could be felt vibrating the vehicle as it drove. On a Saturday evening of errands, Shottenkirk’s team squeezed us in and did additional work that needed immediate attention. We were notified of all their findings and suggestions via a text system where we approved the maintenance. We came back before closing at 5, and we were out the door shortly thereafter after. All repairs were made, an “end to end” inspection report was furnished to us with a plan for future maintenance needs. The customer service, professionalism, and thoughtful care that went into addressing our needs prior to them closing is unheard of. Thank you Toyota, thank you Shottenkirk and the representatives/maintenance technicians that made this happen.
