I want to take a moment to update my review to reflect the full experience I’ve had with Shottenkirk Toyota, thanks to Pete and Megan in the service department. Initially, I took in our 2021 RAV4 for a check engine light and rough idle on cold starts. At the time, I was frustrated by the initial communication and the approach to diagnosing the problem, which seemed incomplete when I took it in several months ago. However, that changed after I was contacted by Pete, the service manager. Pete personally took charge of the situation. They had my vehicle for about a week, thoroughly diagnosed the issue (which turned out to be related to the fuel injector), and worked with Toyota to take care of it under warranty. Throughout the process, Pete personally kept me updated daily and made sure I knew what was going on with the car. He even offered me a loaner car so I wouldn’t be without transportation during the repair. It was a challenging issue to pin down, but Pete made sure it was fixed correctly. Pete went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate his dedication and communication. While my initial experience left me a bit concerned, Pete has absolutely restored my faith in Shottenkirk Toyota’s service department. I am grateful for their professionalism and commitment to getting things right. Thank you, Pete and Megan!

I would like to say that Shottenkirk Toyota is the place to go find great prices for your new or used vehicle. They have a great team of knowledgeable and professional Sales/ Finance department . A big thank you to Shawn in (Sales)and Zocimo in (Finance) in assisting me in purchasing the SUV with all the bells and whistles as I had requested. I know car dealerships get a bad rap, but if you have a Toyota that needs to be maintained or want to buy one I suggest looking here! Shottenkirk Toyota (previously Alamo) has been servicing my RAV4 since I purchased it at another dealership in 2020. I purchased an extended warranty of sorts for tires and oil changes when I got the vehicle. (I knocked off 1 star on this review as I dealt with some service advisors that wouldn’t honor my warranty since I didn’t buy the vehicle at this location.) but I want to leave a review on my recent SERVICE with advisors Meghan and Bennet, that experience was beyond 5 stars. They knew I was on a budget and came in for 1 thing. They were overly courteous and informative, they kept me apprised of the time it was going to take. Bennet put me in a rental car at no charge when it was going take all day. Meghan text me updates during the service. Most of all they were kind, honest and professional and there was no upselling! When I have the time and opportunity I’ll be returning to work Meghan in particular, as it is great to see a woman excelling in a male dominated space. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks for taking care of my car so well over the past 5 years!

Had an appointment for 9:30. Was told it may take up to 4 hours before they diagnosed the issue. I said I would wait. Came back less than 3 hours later with what they found. I okayed the repairs and was shuttled home to wait for it to be finished. Didn’t get done until late in the day so I opted to get it the next morning. It is driving very nicely and almost feels like a new car. Was very satisfied with the work.

James and the service were quick, professional, and courteous. I do all my car needs here.

Went with my daughter to purchase a vehicle after she saw a car online that she liked , and are salesperson Alexis was very knowledgeable and made the whole process a great experience. I will highly recommend their business to all my friends and family .
