Although there are other Toyota dealerships in town, Shottenkirk Toyota’s customer service is the best by far. Their staff, especially JJ Saenz (service advisor) is extremely professional and dedicated to provide an oustanding client experience. He kept me informed all the time on my vehicle’s service, what needed to be done to it, related costs, potential discounts etc. As always, the best service I have had on a car dealership!
