As a follow up to the 50,000 mile service on our 2019 Avalon I returned for the recommended front end service. I was checked in quickly, the service coordinator had confirmed my appointment and knew exactly what service was needed. I was checked in in 10 minutes. Around 3 hours later the service coordinator called informing me that the repair technician had all the parts on hand, had started the work immediately and I could pick up the car before noon. Thanks to James and the entire team at Shottenkirk Toyota.

Meghandid a outstanding job of getting my truck in the shop and had the tech check it than contacted me and we arranged to have the necessary repairs done all the staff including the young man that retrieve my truck after the work was done was very friendly and professional thank you for a job well done. I did return to the dealership to recheck the lea that was still leaking so James got right on it and I brought the truck back and left it with him and his technician and thru their due diligence they found the problem and resolved the leak and kept the cost of the repair at the rate I could afford , thank you James and your team for a job well done keep up the awesome work.

The people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The car wirkers again failed to reset the car's display when they finished. When I returned to the entrance, a kind guy fixed the display.

My service manager James takes really good care of me and my car. He goes above and beyond what I ever ask him for regarding warranty & repair, he explains my service and next services to me in order for me to keep a budget ahead to maintain my 4 Runner and keep it in its best shape! Today was breaks and regular service and had it done by 5 after a 7 am drop off. So happy!
