Had a great experience buying a certified used 4Runner at Shottenkirk Toyota last week. They had an impressive selection of vehicles to choose from. Earl was a wonderful salesman! He was down to earth and very patient. I appreciated that I did not feel rushed or pressured to make an immediate decision. All those factors along with competitive pricing landed me in my dream vehicle!

The experience with the customer service department has been favorable. I don't like the extra fee for using a credit card. The costs of parts and labor is sufficiently expensive.

The 5 stars goes to Eduardo Reyes. He was absolutely brilliant—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident during the process. While Eduardo was assisting us, the experience was excellent and customer-focused. Unfortunately, once his manager took over, things changed. We ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle due to what we felt was dishonesty and unnecessary add-ons being pushed to increase the price rather than help the customer. That was disappointing, especially after such a strong start. Eduardo himself remained professional, transparent, and supportive the entire time. I would absolutely recommend working with Eduardo, even though we did not end up buying a car because of management decisions.

December 2025 To to take care of a Prius maintenance light, which turn out to be a oil change. James was my service advisor and he does real well taking care of his customers. March 2025 I needed to visit Shottenkirk Toyota again for my car, which is a Prius, as it had a maintenance reminder light on the dash. My service advisor, JJ, took real good care of me and kept me informed, as needed. I maintenance process was quick, and the teams are working to reduce their customers wait times. JJ and the technicians did good work for me. I can't thank these guys enough, and I appreciate the good work and good service.
