This is the first time that I had buy from this company. It’s totally awesome. They take good care of their Customer. They take good care of me. It was busy on a Saturday, but they always find the time to let me know what’s going on. I purchased IS 350 F sport Lexus. Sales person was awesome. His name is Justin Palacio. Also the manager Is Michael they’re both a wonderful. Good morning. My scheduled appointment was set for Wednesday, but when I called the dealership I spoke with Kaitlyn and she took good care of me and let me come in today. It was a regular maintenance on my vehicle and the wait time was no longer than 30 minutes. I will be back

My service rep Bennett was great! He understood my financial situation and helped me wiith the best possible solution for my car repair,. He was also in the process of training a colleague and was very patient while educating his colleague without making my visit last longer than necessary. Overall, his customer service is exceptional and he's a great representative for Toyota. He also helped me get a rental car so I didn't miss my appointments for that day. Bennett referred me to Don on the rental side. Don was also very efficient and professional so I could get going to my daily appts. The reps who booked my appts and checked me out at the end of my service were also very professional and efficient. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service every time I visit Toyota.
