My recent visit to Shottenkirk Toyota was excellent. Customer services and attention to repair details was great. My only complaint is the $189 charge for repair analysis above the cost of repair. That charge is only fair if I choose not to have repairs made. If I choose to have my vehicle repairs done, the $189 should apply toward the cost of repair. That was my only disappointment. But the service was great.

I had a wonderful experience in my routine 35K repair. J.J. Saenz walked me through the process and helped me in determining what repairs were required and which ones would be able to wait until my next visit in 6 months. I appreciate the honesty of the staff and have used them to both purchase cars and service them. In all my experiences with Shottenkirk Toyota I have never been disappointed.

Your finance people and your used car sales need to get in sync. The used car folks said you deal with RBFCU but your finance people couldn't find them. Also , your used car people said I would get the remaining warranty while the finance folks said no, it would be a certified purchase.

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I always take my 2014 FJ Cruiser to Alamo Toyota for service. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend the Alamo Toyota Service Department.

I was welcomed by Carol Ann. I explained that I had an appointment at 10:30, for my oil change. She kept me posted and informed me of the things that needed to be serviced on the truck. She went beyond her duties today. I feel she is an amazing team worker and a wonderful person. James also was very helpful. He let me know about a recall on the truck and would text/call when they received the part. I was very pleased with Carol Ann and James
